“CLS were great. I initially spoke with Ellis who helped find a specialist lender to work with us despite my adverse credit. Then Rachael was our case handler. She was extremely patient and understanding when dealing with a very slow lender and a very frustrated customer. Also, due to the pandemic and the associated delays, CLS have been excellent with their contact and answering queries.”

“We were extremely happy with the service we received from you guys, prompt response to all queries & consistent communication. “I must say a massive thank you to Emma and Jess for helping us with our mortgage application, they have been superstars throughout. No question was too much and they dealt with my mithering anxious self perfectly throughout. The girls knew exactly what they were talking about, and were warm, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. I can't thank them enough for all of their support throughout the last few months, I think it is worth noting that we suffered a horrendous bereavement during the application process and their understanding and compassion was wonderful. Thank you for pulling off the impossible Emma and Jess - I will be sad when I don't get to speak to you every couple of days! :) 10/10 Well done to you both xx”

“CLS were the best part of our move experience. The whole process once we'd chosen our new home with various chain issues was very stressful to say the least. However, James the mortgage broker at the start of the process was brilliant and sorting our mortgage and was always contactable and called /emailed back straight away to any queries. He also sorted out our life assurance and often changed it to give us various quotes and options. After James we had Amy as our case progression worker. As mentioned the chain had various issues but Amy was absolutely fantastic and really fought our corner with difficult solicitors and resolved problems for us. We really felt we had someone in our corner and was again extremely quick to email back often straight away or call. She must have a very difficult job trying to progress everyones sales/purchases but she is extremely good at it and we are forever grateful for hers and CLS's help in our move process. In the quiet periods she updated us once a week which felt the right amount but as time went by it was often several calls a day letting us know what was happening. We had issues contacting our solicitors many times and she managed to get responses from them when we couldn't. I don't feel we'll ever move again as we are over the moon in our new house but will definitely go back to CLS when it comes to our re-mortgage time. Many thanks you were superb!”
