“After being let down badly by another broker CLS made the experience of buying my 1st home simple. All the staff were friendly, very helpful and on hand to answer any questions a 1st time buyer like myself had. Great service and would happily recommend to others!”

“Just completed on my first home, our broker at CLS money helped find a 90% loan to value mortgage last year when I couldn’t find a lender accepting 10% deposits. Nicky & Amy helped everything move along . Amy kept me informed every step of the way which was reassuring - I’m so glad I had someone who could advise me along the way! Thanks guys !”
