“I would highly recommend CLS - we have just used them for remortgage and they have been able to offer a great deal. We also used CLS for our first mortgage and everybody was so helpful and friendly. After a bad experience with another mortgage broker, CLS really did save the day for us and enabled us to purchase our home. Thank you so much”

“I was struggling to get mortgage due to poor credit score and CCJ on file. No one was able to get me on property ladder to buy my first home. I tried all source and there was no hope, but then suddenly I found CLS online and just sent one email. Then everything started and my dream came true. They are very professional and will do everything with so many option from this difficult market. I even got the best rate. Victoria, Paul, Amy are the best staff ever I have experienced in my career. They will go beyond everything with lot of care - Thank you so much : ) Right now I am sitting at my brand new home enjoying amazing time with family. I never thought this will ever happen but CLS made it possible. Each and every staff at CLS are very professional and genuinely care for the customer. I will highly recommend for anyone who needs mortgage. Thank you again CLS team to make my dream come true to buy my first home.”
