“Sarah Weaver assisted us with getting our mortgage with Barclays and she was wonderful. She was always on hand to answer any questions and did it with such a friendly and positive attitude. She keep us regularly updated and was really on it in terms of chasing the lender up when it was coming down to the wire. We’d happily recommend her for anyone else who needs help with their mortgage. Thank you so much Sarah for all you did for us!”

“I approached CLS to help with a let to buy mortgage. I was quickly introduced to Fraser, who was quick to respond and was able to put together a summary of options in just a matter of hours. My case was then passed to Jody, who has been brilliant in pushing the application forward to the point of a formal offer. I'd highly recommend this company!”

“Approached CLS for a remortgage and found their service to be excellent. All staff where polite and kept me up to date with proceedings. Even though we were forced by the new lender to use a terrible solicitor CLS went out of their way to chase progress on our behalf and let us know the latest. Will use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you CLS :)”

“I would just like to say .. Fraser, Sarah, Sophie, Aimee and Rachel .. service has to be highly rewarded. The Whole Team at CLS are the BEST. They keep you updated and help you so much that even with my deadline. They reached it. I would definitely recommend them. They are one in a Billion.. as they find the best way forward for you. “I dealt with Ellis and Sarah when trying to secure a mortgage on a property. I spoke with Ellis on the phone in the evening around 7pm and by 930am the next morning she had found me a mortgage. No hassles just asked for the required documents and done it all for me. They are both lovely girls and always ensuring I understood everything. I highly recommend using CLS money mortgage brokers :)”

“We just recently had are mortgage approved and sorted out with CLS Money while we were waiting for all paperwork to complete we had the assistance of Amy Randall who was going in and between the solicitors and keeping us up to date I must admit I didn't expect the level of after service but the communication commitment shown by Amy to us to keep up to speed and pushing the solicitors was fantastic a real big thank you to amy and all at CLS Money (joanne and James)who have assisted us in getting are new home, I would highly recommend to anyone.”
