“I have just had the worst call with one of their advisors. Being just at the start of my mortgage journey I was simply looking for advice. They rang and got some information and were so rude. I appreciate honesty, but I have had chats with other brokers who have done it in a much more palatable way, helping to explain and understand. I basically got such a blunt response designed to end the call as quickly as possible. Just in it for the sales clearly. Could definitely use some training on how to speak to customers.”

“It’s crazy how much both the lending and housing markets have changed in the four months since I first made an enquiry with CLS Money and was put in touch with Angela Little. In truth, it was just an initial fact-find on my part to see whether on earth anyone would consider me with my adverse credit history still hanging around. I was amazed that they would. Angela has provided valuable guidance and plain-speaking honesty to get me to the point of having a mortgage offer made. She’s steadfast in trying to help her clients despite all of the challenges we’re facing as consumers and they are coming up against a brokers – such as entire product ranges being withdrawn from the market. If it’s humanly possible to get you a mortgage, she will. Similarly, the documentation process, and dealing with the lender and estate agent, has been very smooth sailing from an extremely organized and efficient Emma Mitchell. She makes sure the documentation is completely squared away to ensure success. It’s a little like a relay team in CLS Money between Mortgage Advisors like Angela, Relationship Execs like Emma, and other members of their team where you know you’re in safe and capable hands each step of the way as your mortgage progresses along its journey. I’ve no doubt I’ll have a great experience with the next team member who will help push the conveyancers / solicitors to exchange and completion. Thank you for helping with this step onto the property ladder.”

“When approaching CLS I had been in the process of getting a mortgage for 3 months with another advisor which was a complete nightmare due to adverse credit. “Could not fault Angela Little and CLS, then helped us through every step of the process and helped me and my partner secure a mortgage within 6 weeks. They helped with everything and we’re there to answer all questions when needed. I had some adverse credit and my partner was self employed but Angela managed to secure us a mortgage. Sian was also amazing an answering everything too, they were always contactable when needed and always came back to me within 24 hours.”

“It's not every day that you meet someone who you believe is truly rooting for you but that was the case when we first spoke to Angela Little at CLS Money. As a family of 4 we knew that our current home wasn’t suitable for our needs but due to some adverse credit that we picked up trying to make ends meet we were struggling to get a mortgage with high street lenders. Thinking we would never be able to obtain a mortgage we contacted CLS Money and were put in touch with Angela Little, who we can only describe as a magician. From the first conversation with her she was straight talking, asked us some of the difficult questions we were trying to avoid and reassuring. Angela’s whole attitude and determination to make things work for us was infectious. She gave us hope when we’d all but resigned ourselves to never being able to have our dream home. What was truly amazing about Angela was that she never sugar-coated anything, she was up front about the state of our situation and what we could expect. No pipe dreams and false hope from her only realistic outcomes. Even though the service provided was quicker than we could have imagined as each stage through the process progressed we couldn’t help but question our good luck and often waited for the other shoe to drop - but we should have known. It became more and more evident that when Angela said she would make it work for us she meant it. Her and Emma were patient and understanding of all our queries and we never felt bothersome - even when we would call asking seemingly minor obvious questions. Now that we have received our mortgage offer and are within reaching distance of our ‘Forever Home’ we can say for certain that we wouldn’t be in this position without the magic of Angela Little. Hogwarts ain’t got nothing on her!”

“I am extremely impressed with James Oakley from CLS Money acting for me as my mortgage broker. My remortgaging application went unvelievably swiftly for both of my "buy to let" mortgages. James put every effort even with time against me, and the impending interest rise. My mortgage rate was secured with no effort, due to James understanding of my need and acting with care & due diligence. Next were the fees for the application, which was more than reasonable and this factor was not exploited. I would highly recommend CLS money due to their honesty and work ethics.”

“The Team at CLS are simply the best for getting me the best deal whenever I need a mortgage, re-mortgage or re-finance my current and future arrangements. Always Proffessional, efficient, hardworking, but always polite, well mannered and friendly. In recent weeks, Amy worked tirelessly on my behalf, and I know her patience’s was tested, with the delays and excuses given to her by Godiva’s legal team, in getting a settlement statement, and completion date. Amy pushed every day, was frustrated by the slow moving of the system, but at all times remained cool, professional and always polite. Amy kept me informed daily with regular telephone calls, was always apologetic to me for the delay, but I knew it was not her place to apologise. Knowing that always and only that she had my interests at heart and pushed to the end with success, refrain and dignified. A great asset of the CLS Team.
