“CLS arranged my mortgage two years ago, and Melissa Woolley was brilliant. So my fixed rate just came to an end adding an eyewatering £700 to my monthly payment. A couple of calls later and Melissa had arranged a new fixed rate, this time for longer and reduced the sting by over £500 - and all with the same lender. With interest rates already climbing I couldn't be happier with this result. Outstanding! Thank you Melissa.”

“Less then 7 days from initial contact to mortgage offer completed. Can't go wrong. Was hand held by Caitlyn from day 1 amazing service. 11/10! Couldn't ask for more. Went above and beyond the call of duty.”

“I couldn't be more impressed with Sue, Freya, Sian, Ellen and the rest of the team at CLS. From first contact, Sue made the process simple and easy to understand and achieved a mortgage offer within an incredible timeframe. “I’ve had a great experience with CLS ! Angela little you have truly been fantastic from day one. I knew it was going to be difficult getting my mortgage ..but you did it and I can’t thank you enough . Thank you for keeping me calm When I have been a bit stressed and panicky. Would recommend you to anyone I know trying to get a mortgage. Also thank you Emma Mitchell as well absolutely brilliant for pushing things through. Five stars all the way !”

“Overall my experience with CLS has been amazing, and Sue Bruns made it so. As a first time buyer I was super nervous, didn’t have a clue how it all worked etc etc. I sent Sue all the information required, and she worked super hard to get us what we needed to secure our first home. She was very transparent and honest with the lenders appropriate for my partner and I with our circumstances, answered all queries I had efficiently and I couldn’t have been happier. Very communicative, and I felt well informed every step of the way. Sue got us a lender that offered us a mortgage that’s been accepted, and currently going through the process of buying our first home! Thank you Sue, your an asset to CLS money.”

“I had a really good experience with this company. I had been refused a mortgage elsewhere because they weren't happy with the valuation on the property but CLS got me a mortgage offer I am 3 days. I dealt with Frankie and Gemma and they were both really helpful and quick to respond to everything. Amongst the stress of selling and buying a house it was a breath of fresh air how easy this was.”

“Once again an excellent service from CLS Money for arranging my BTL mortgage renewal. After searching for some rates myself I was not able to get the excellent rate that CLS secured for me and without a renewal fee! I have saved myself a significant amount of money than what it would have cost me had I arranged this new mortgage myself. Gemma May is a credit to the company for her knowledge in what she does and excellent customer service skills and also would like to thank Rachael Marcucci for overseeing the process and ensuring everything ran smoothly, whilst keeping me updated. 10/10 service!!”
