“From start to finish CLS were excellent. Ellis and the team secured us a good high street mortgage when we had previously been advised from another broker that it wasn't possible. Once we had our mortgage offer Amy looked after us until completion and was always available to help and assist with our queries no matter how big or small. Highly recommend and I will be using them again when I need to renew my mortgage in a few years time.”

“I am a first time buyer and had no idea what to expect, but Victoria & Team @ CLS are so amazing and helpful. “I write this sitting surrounded by boxes ready to finally move into my dream home with my children and a fresh start. Wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Ryan Hall and Victoria Fortescue. Both were brilliant. Ryan always quick to answer and understood my situation straightaway. No judgement just clear advice and help. He even helped on a weekend! Poor Victoria picked my case up halfway through after I was beginning to loose faith with unanswered emails, and long delays: Nothing to do with her as the lady i’d been dealing with had left suddenly. After 6 weeks of wait (which when you’re in a chain is a very long & stressful six weeks) Victoria appeared like a guardian Angel. She handled my breakdowns, my fears and panic and performed her magic in two weeks. She kept me informed all the way and kept chasing right through until the offer was in my hands. She’s an absolute credit to the firm and anyone dealing with her is lucky. Thank you Victoria.”

We got a ‘ 1st class’ service from Hannah, who researched things on our behalf and remained so proactive in her dialogue with the lenders on our behalf. “I had my offer yesterday and in writing the review while on the move and multi tasking I forgot to mention someone who was important in me securing a mortgage offer, my broker Ellis. Ellis called me on the weekend I think it was a Sunday after I completed the online form and discussed with me some of the requirements she then worked it seemed through Sunday to have options for me to look at early the next week. Despite being away on holiday during the early stages there were multiple times she came back to me on emails and the product and provider she chosen matched my needs, not only that she chose a provider who would consider the discretionary purchase under self employed so by no means straight forward. Ellis should have been mentioned in the last review as without Ellis this whole thing couldn’t have happened. I’m sorry Ellis totally my bad, lesson learnt I should never try and multi task! Ellis didn’t push to me a mortgage that didn’t fit my needs only ever came to me with what was best for me. Highly recommended as is CLS as a company. Thank you Ellis.”

“I have to say one person really stands out on the way I’ve received the service from this guys and that’s Rachael Marcucci. A few of the other guys in my brokers absence were good also but Rachael has been different gravy. I’d not hesitate to recommend her and the CLS guys and if I need further help would come back to them for my mortgage. Mortgage offer in 8/9 days and paper work. She’s a legend and I can’t honestly recommend her enough. Loved the way she worked”
