“Absolutley fantastic job! Its hard to describe how thankfull i am , whole team did amazing job , i have found Cls money online after i did found out i have 2ccj for parking tickets, i clicked the link i have read some reviews and i decided to reach out by e-mail i think, next day i get call and all begun i explained that i have to 2ccj and working trough agency, they asked for payslips ,few standard question and i get Mortgage promis, whole team has been amazing on each stage each person was responsible to do the right step Rayan, Gemma , Shannon and many more sorry i dont remember evryone names but i have had truly great expierence with this company , great sets of profesionals! Defo worth to pay the fee , now me and my family can enjoy life in 3 bed house:)”

“My husband and I received help from Amy and the rest of the team with our new mortgage. In all honesty, they were like God's sent angels because they kept an eye on a deal that was about to expire and secured a fixed rate for five years for me. A few days later, the drama surrounding interest rate hikes began, and I was so grateful that they resolved the issue before I lost out on the deals. Thank you so much for that.”

“Amy, Charlotte and the rest of the team were absolutely incredible! They couldn't have been more helpful, from beginning to end. Having made mortgage applications in the past I know well how stressful, long winded and frustrating it can be, but Amy and Charlotte made the process SO much easier! Always lovely to speak with, super efficient and always there to answer questions or just to offer moral support, I really couldn't have asked for anything more. I'm really happy with the deal Charlotte found for me and despite the conveyancers dragging their heels, Amy steered the whole thing to completion impeccably. I can't thank you enough CLS team! You're all awesome! I'll definitely be coming straight to you in the future... and in the meantime I'll be recommending you to everyone!”

“Amy and her team were exceptional, Amy in particular made the whole process seamless and kept us at ease the entire time with regular updates on what was happening and what the next steps would be, I dint think I would want to go through the hassle of getting a mortgage in the future without CLS and Amy in particular!!!”

“Being declined a mortgage in the past, we didn't believe that we will be approved ever. But Steve Wand has brought us the hope back. He found us an offer even when I was on maternity leave, which I didn't belive it was possible. Then the whole process went very smoothly. Thank you, Steve and CLS money for making our dream come true!”

“Amy was excellent with our remortgage Amy was very organised, efficient and professional. My wife and I were given frequent updates during the final stages obtaining a temper ion statement and repaying on the day that was best for us. Overall we were very very pleased with our service.”

“Overall we were very satisfied with CLS Money's service, arranging our mortgage etc. Most of their staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The reason this review wasn't 5 stars was a mistake was made on our original mortgage application and this caused some anguish. However, we were very satisfied at the effort CLS MONEY made to resolve this.”

“I have used CLS for my last 2 house purchases. I wasn't planning on remortgaging but with all the uncertainty in the UK, CLS sent a note out to me and suggested I have a look at my options. I'm so grateful they did as I've renegotiated a rate a lot lower than the current market interest rates. Amy, Charlotte and Sian are incredible. They make things so easy, have great attention to detail and take the stress out of everything. I have and will continue to recommend CLS. Thanks!”

“From the start of contact with Gemma Goddard from CLS Money to the completion of my re mortgage in November 2022 Gemma could not have helped me more, she reassured me CLS money could assist, got me a rate of 3.88 fixed for 5 years which is fantastic in today’s mortgage market, explained the whole process and her colleague Amy Randall kept me updated through the whole process. I am delighted with the service I received from both Gemma and Amy and would highly recommend CLS Money to family and friends. Top Service and gives me great peace of mind knowing my Mtg is fixed.
