“I can’t recommend CLS enough! Being a first time buyer and knowing nothing about mortgages or even if we could get a mortgage due to our credit, Ryan and Rachael did everything for us from start to finish and found us a great mortgage. Even with lockdown and other obstacles along the way we always felt in safe hands throughout the whole process! Very informative, professional, friendly and worked really quickly whilst keeping us updated at every step along the way. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a mortgage especially if there are any issues with credit!”

“CLS have always been attentive, readily available to talk with and very personable. I've always felt that I can ask about anything related to the mortgage process and that they will attempt to answer it fully. We have had vendors pulling out of a sale and have had to go through the process of getting a mortgage again for a different property. CLS have always made us feel like nothing is too much bother. I really appreciate their patience and positive, reassuring outlook. Furthermore, they have got us a really good mortgage product with very low interest rates! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“We have been very happy with the service provided by CLS. We had some difficulties with missed appointments at the start of the process, but an apology and remedy was very quickly forthcoming. Thereafter, we have been very happy with the service. Even with a change of broker owing to staff departure, we felt the service was fluid. Communication was always incredibly swift and clear, and we have felt completely supported and guided through what feels like a daunting process. We feel that we got the best available to us and owe that to Ellis and Rachael at CLS. Even at the end of the process, Ellis and Rachael have kept in touch and offered their ongoing support. We're very glad we opted to use CLS, and recommend that others do the same.”

“Frankie and CLS money is an absolute game changer!! If you want a smooth, quick process - they are worth their weight in gold. Having gone through the same process last year with a different company and mortgage broker it was so painful I was reluctant to do it again, I was calling up the other company twice a week chasing them, having to resend documents and it took me 5 weeks to get a MiP. Frankie at CLS got me a mortgage in principle in 2 days! I chose CLS on a recommendation from a friend and I would 100% recommend to everyone without a second thought!”

“I had my mortgage arranged by a very professional and passionate who kept me updated at every stage and was always ready to provide support to ensure the lenders respond promptly. The service was excellent and I was excited when the offer letter came through. “CLS have been amazing and I literally can't recommend them enough. We were using another mortgage broker to start with however after 6 months of stress and being told we would have to use an adverse credit lender , we were concerned that we would lose the house that we had put an offer on. After contacting CLS within 2 months we are now completing buying our first home in a weeks time with a high street lender . The customer service has been amazing and CLS have kept us informed at all times. Thank you so much Rachael, Ellis and all at CLS for everything you have done. X”

“This is the second time I have used CLS Money and they are a godsend! Not only did they sort out my mortgage, but they also sorted out my life insurance and home insurance in a totally simple and stress-free way. Amy was my absolute saviour in my most recent transaction - my solicitor was a nightmare and so I relied totally on Amy keeping me updated every step of the way, so that I always knew what was going on. I think I would have been bald by the end of it all if it wasn't for her! Amy, you were my absolutely lifeline, so a huge thank you! As you can probably gather, I cannot recommend CLS Money highly enough, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose. I have also recommended them to friends already.”

“As a self-employed person in the middle of a pandemic that has meant having to close the doors to my business several times in the last year, I was very worried about my chances of securing a mortgage. However, CLS has managed to get me a mortgage (and at a really good rate too!) really quickly. I absolutely recommend CLS without reservation.”

“I was interested after reading the reviews to get mortgage advice. I asked to only be contacted via email, for as I wanted things written down to discuss and read over. A request which I felt was very simple reasonable Instead I’ve had no emails, and 3-4 calls per day. Will definitely be looking elsewhere.”
