“Communication during the remortgage process has been excellent. I have been kept updated every step of the way and always felt that, if I had a query, it would be answered quickly and with no prevarication. I have already recommended the CLS service to my daughter and son in law and my next door neighbours.”

“Excellent customer service! CLS helped answer all of our questions and reassured us, especially being first time buyers it can be daunting. Every time we phoned they were always happy and very helpful. Jo and James always kept us informed on the progress of our moving via Email, which was very useful especially as I couldn't answer my phone at work. Would defiantly recommend to friends/family.”
