“We’ve never had such positive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable service put together in this area! We were told by the estates agents’ mortgage broker that it will not be possible to get a mortgage given the percentage deposit we were prepared to put down and the fact that I am a contractor. James Oakley and Amy Randall amongst others were fantastic - they are very vast and knowledgeable, and always just a phone call away. **I would recommend CLS money a thousand times to anyone!**”

“I absolutely did not believe I would get where I am today! The help and support from CLS’ Gemma Bentley and Paul Merrit are amazing! Gemma even remembered to ask how I was feeling a few days after I had mentioned That I was unwell! “First of all I want to say a big thank you to Ellis and Vickie on securing us our mortgage offer! We had what we thought was a complex case and didn’t think we would get approved for a mortgage; Ellis and Vickie got us a really good deal at a very good rate with a high street lender! At first we thought it was too good to be true and didn’t think it would happen, our experience with CLS has been fabulous we have been kept up to date with everything and it has been stress free we had our offer within 4 weeks: we can’t thank Ellis and Vickie enough, they also very friendly and didn’t appear to be judgemental. We will defo recommend you to family and friends! The app is also very good!”

“It took me 3-4 weeks to get a mortgage offer. You're given good advice from the very start. Everything flowed like clockwork. It helped to have access to my documents. Once presented to CLS, they got back to me within 24-36hrs guaranteed. I dealt with a few exceptional members but all the staff were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. Particular praise goes to James Oakley, Victoria F, Ellen M for helping me at all times. They were amazing.”

“I have to thank CLS and the team so much for what they’ve done. We were lucky enough to deal with Sue Burns who made this stressful situation quite fun. She’s a credit to the company. Our situation was a bit complicated but CLS helped us get the mortgage we needed and we are very grateful. I’d recommend using CLS to family and friends and anyone who needs help with a mortgage.”

“Attempting to deal with matters concerning mortgages can be treacherous and time consuming. These guys are excellent and extremely knowledgeable and make the process so easy. The levels of customer service are at the highest level. I would highly recommend this company !!”

“Amazing from the start to the very end. We did not think we could get a mortgage but they found us one and we now own our house. I can not thank Angela little and Amy Randall enough as well as a few others. Sorted mortgage, life insurance buildings insurance solicitors all out for us and help us through the whole process.
