“I have been so impressed with cls money! I was unsure if I would be able to gee a mortgage due to bad credit history but these guys made it possible! They’ve been friendly and helpful the whole way through, I highly recommend!!”

“Arrangement of mortgage was simple and made to fit our needs, the process went smoothly. Friendly and knowledgeable advisors. Only critique is that most of the time we called our broker for advice or updates he was unavailable.”

“From our first confirmation to our mortgage offer the staff at CLS Money were professional, knowledgable and friendly, we have received our offer at a very good rate which is all thanks to Ryan and Emma, Emma continues to hold my hand through the process and is now helping with our insurance, nothing seems too much trouble. They kept us informed throughout and made a stressful situation very calm. The speed at which it was all done was exceptional, we had our agreement in principle within 36 hours of our first conversation and the offer within 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend CLS to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage. I cannot fault them!”
