“I found everyone at CLS to be professional and provide a very good service keeping me informed every step if the way. Easy to deal with and the whole process from start to finish was simple. Amy and James were very helpful would definitely use them for any future mortgage needs.”

“Lucy Franklin & Gemma Bentley have been absolutely brilliant. Lucy has always responded to emails, even if outside of work hours showing her dedication to the role. They have both been available at the end of the phone even for the smallest of questions and nothing is too much to them. They're both brilliant ladies, and we couldn't thank them enough for their help. This is the first house me and my partner are buying together, and so far the process has been smooth and straight forwards and Gemma and Lucy have been brilliant at answering the 101 questions we have. Thank you again.”

“I used this company last year as we struggled to find a mortgage. CLS found us one straight away and made it so easy for us. We dealt with Ellen a lot who was brilliant. The fee was quite high to get the mortgage but the are specialist if you have poor credit. We are about to re mortgage and CLS contacted me to say we are coming to the end of our mortgage and would they like us to look into it which they did and it was all sorted with a couple of days. This time we dealt with Leanne who was absolutely fab and also lovely. She made it so stress free. They already had our details so we didn’t really have to do much apart from send some up to date wage slips and it was only £99 to switch mortgages. I couldn’t recommend this company enough especially if you’re struggling to find a mortgage.”

“The whole team at CLS money have made the stressful process of securing a new mortgage possible , would 100% recommend I have used them when I purchased the property and now when my fix term has ended Melisa and Amy first class service nothing to much 👍🏻”

“The team have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish: big thanks to Paul, Emma, and Amy for making my home ownership dream a reality - despite awful credit. I was able to literally get the best rate on the market that no other mortgage broker could obtain. Will highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future. “Our fixed rate mortgage was up for renewal in a couple of months, Leanne called to help us through the process and within a day we’d agreed a new product. She was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. The app makes things so easy”

“Couldn't ask for anything more. After a quick Google search I took the plunge without knowing what I was getting myself into. A short time later I had a call with a mortgage broker, Sue. Sue took the time to get to know our needs and took a genuine interest in helping us find a mortgage. It didn't take long for Sue to find a mortgage for us which delighted us as we had been having some issues along the way and been let down by a previous broker. From that point onwards I was updated regularly and kept very much in the loop by both Sue and Sophie. I couldn't recommend CLS enough and will definitely be using them again.”

“Well what can I say? The only mortgage company who said yes! Coming from Northern Ireland mortgage options can be limited, I searched high and low after other companies saying no and I'm glad Shane from CLS mortgages was there and we now have our first home! Shane started off everything with my mortgage in principle then Megan finalised everything. Brilliant, highly recommended! Being self employed threw up some issues so be prepared with everything you need from your accountant. Had a couple of very old marks on the credit file which were due to drop off but we are so happy we got our Mortgage!”
