“Such a great and helpful experience from start to finish, especially from Harley and Fraser. They secured us a mortgage from a highstreet lender where other brokers had said we had no chance. I would recommend them to anyone, thank you so much CLS!”

“CLS provided a fantastic service from beginning to end. In particular I was impressed with the professional and friendly service that they provided. I had a very precise set of requirements and I was sceptical that an appropriate product could be found, but the broker quickly identified the best option for me, that suited all my needs and was a very good deal in its own right. The team that help take care of the application once an appropriate product has been found were equally fantastic - they were very attentive and quick to help where necessary. The world of mortgages can be very confusing but everyone I spoke with was very willing to explain any concepts or ideas in simple terms so that I could understand. I believe that CLS genuinely care about getting the best deal for their customers and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best deal they can get - especially with niche requirements.”

“I was recommended CLS Money by a friend who had spoken really highly of them so I had relativity high expections. After just completing my first property purchase I can say that they did not disappoint. My first meeting was with Paul Merrett who gave clear, concise advice and found me a mortgage which catered to my personal needs. After retreiveing the mortgage offer, and during the conveyencing period, even though I didn’t opt to use their recommended solicitor, Amy their Client Relationship executive would check up on progress every week to make sure things were running smoothly and purchase was complete. So all round very happy, will definantly be working with them again in the near future.”

“Myself and my wife were very satisfied with the assistance from CLS. We are happy with the Mortgage that is arranged and the Insurance for both Life and our House. We were also recommended the Solicitors which have been acceptable. All of the staff we have interacted with have been very pleasant and we would recommend CLS to others if the opportunity arises.”

“After having my time wasted by another broker for 2 months I was told he couldn’t place my mortgage with any lender meaning I nearly lost out on a new build property I had paid a reservation fee for. This was after paying out money and having a survey done. I spoke to Clayton on a Saturday and by the Thursday the survey had been done and I had my mortgage offer. Fantastic team, thank you.”

“Fantastic from start to finish. We had our main point of contact, when he wasn't available we spoke to several other people, who all had knowledge of our case so could answer our questions promptly. Comminucation is key in the stressful times of moving House. Also continually chased solicitors on our behalf. Would highly recommend CLS.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Mollie and Jody at CLS. From very first contact, my wife and I were made to feel at ease, and extremely confident that we would get the best possible service and mortgage for our needs. In my eyes it has been the perfect service and we obtained a mortgage offer with Mollie’s expert advice in what I would consider a very short period of time. In comparison to other companies I have dealt with in the past for previous mortgages, CLS has completely surpassed their services in every aspect, especially in terms of professionalism, approachability and presentation, but most importantly their knowledge and the evident care for us as clients to get us the best product available.”
