“Couldn't ask for anything more. After a quick Google search I took the plunge without knowing what I was getting myself into. A short time later I had a call with a mortgage broker, Sue. Sue took the time to get to know our needs and took a genuine interest in helping us find a mortgage. It didn't take long for Sue to find a mortgage for us which delighted us as we had been having some issues along the way and been let down by a previous broker. From that point onwards I was updated regularly and kept very much in the loop by both Sue and Sophie. I couldn't recommend CLS enough and will definitely be using them again.”

“Well what can I say? The only mortgage company who said yes! Coming from Northern Ireland mortgage options can be limited, I searched high and low after other companies saying no and I'm glad Shane from CLS mortgages was there and we now have our first home! Shane started off everything with my mortgage in principle then Megan finalised everything. Brilliant, highly recommended! Being self employed threw up some issues so be prepared with everything you need from your accountant. Had a couple of very old marks on the credit file which were due to drop off but we are so happy we got our Mortgage!”

“CLS really do put the proof in spending that little more on a good mortgage advisor means quality. James and Vicky really are the best at what they do! Failing a slow & rocky start from a different company we are so thankful to of found James and the team. His friendly and reassuring attitude has guided us seamlessly through the application process along with Vicky who kept us updated at every step. Our mortgage is now secured and would recommend CLS every time for a first time buyer!”

“We required a multiple persons mortgage for 3 purchasers who had saved and were careful with credit expenditure and particularly careful with sharing personal info on the web. This however doesn’t serve the current expectation of high credit scores absolutely necessary for applying for a mortgage. Caitlyn of CLS however, busted this conundrum on our behalf and managed to find and secure a mortgage for us which turned around in 4 days (only!) after the application went in. Her encouragement and professionalism and dedication to our cause was second to none. Our heartfelt thanks to Caitlyn and Sian and the team for making it all possible!!!”

“Amy & Emma were both brilliant. I had dealt with people previously in this company who were very slow to reply/didnt bother. But both Emma & Amy have restored my faith in CLS. Our case was complicated and they dealt with it with patience and were happy to jump on the phone to explain anything I did not understand or need to do.”
