“Very helpful, kept me updated through the whole process of getting a mortgage and purchasing a house, even when we have had to redo applications as the first sale fell through! Everyone was very helpful especially Charlotte and Amy and helped me with the solicitors, life insurance and contents insurance too!”

“An outstanding service I received from a great team at CLS. Special thanks to Frankie, Amy and Megan who worked on my remortgage application and completed within 29 days only. They were prompt with communication: they replied to my emails and returned my calls within less 45 minutes. Your CLS online app made tracking information seamless. Thank you too for the referring me to Alexander Grace Law who handled all the legals. I highly recommend you to others. Continue doing the great work and positively changing lives.”

“Charlie and Victoria were absolutely amazing! I had abandoned all hopes of a mortgage until I spoke to Charlie who was able to find me one with good rates. Charlie was very prompt with his responses and remained in contact throughout the process. Victoria was great and very persistent in helping to overcome obstacles, she was also incredibly prompt with her responses and was constantly checking on the progress of my application. Great customer service”

“Great customer service. Have been trying to sort out my mortgage for years. I have tried many companies and even individual brokers. Cls was the only one who went over and beyond. Lauren Huntley was amazing and was InTouch with me every step of the way. I definitely will be going back to them in the future and recommending them.”

“James understood the requirements of my Remortage buy to let and the problems associated with it. He delt with the remortage very promtly and found the lender. James is highly professional and arranged a mortgage offer and Amy was excellent in following up till the end. All went smooth with not much of a worry thanks to cls great work. Will definitely recommend them to friend’s and family in future.”

“We opted for CLS Money to help us obtain a mortgage without all the hassle of face to face appointments and getting tied up with the legal stuff that many of us don’t quite understand. “The process was quick efficient and explained in plain English. They answered my questions very quickly and were on hand to guide me through the process in a calm professional friendly manner. “Amazing! Special mention to Kelly Stoneman and Sian Moore. We used CLS Money as first time buyers. We didn't have much of a clue about anything in the financial world and in all honesty it was quite intimidating, and myself not having the best credit history, so I was really unsure whether I would be able to even get a mortgage and had been putting it off for years. Had I known about CLS, and in particular Kelly Stoneman and Sian Moore, I wish I had done it much sooner! Kelly and Sian were there to help every step of the way with reassurance, no judgement and they were so incredibly efficient so it was a done deal very quickly which put my mind at ease. Communication was top notch - keeping us informed of every development. Thank you so much - you don't know how much you have helped us - this has been a lifelong dream to get onto the property ladder and you have made it happen for us thanks to your hard work and efforts.
