“Outstanding service received once again by all the team at CLS, having dealt with CLS on more than once occasion, the staff have always been so friendly and nothing I have asked for is too much trouble, I will be recommending them to family and friends and will be 100% using them again in the future!”

“When I first called I was fully expecting to be told that they couldn't help due to my less than perfect credit history! However, they took the time to work with me and found that a mortgage was possible. CLS provided a lot of support through the application process and kept me informed at every stage. from the first call, I had my mortgage offer in 6 weeks! could not recommend highly enough!”

“Just a massive thanks to Paul, Emma & Amy for their help in getting me a mortgage. They made the whole process so easy and while my credit rating was not the best they got me over the line with sound advice. Great communications and even after payment they updated me on a weekly basis. Very Genuine people To Deal With. Tip Top A+++++”

“Extremely impressed with everyone we have had the pleasure of talking to at CLS. Special thanks goes to James Alabastor who soon reassured me that we are in a better position than we thought :) after being turned down for a high street mortgage, James worked his magic (knowledge!) and we are now in the process of remortaging with a high street lender! Highly reccomend CLS!”

“Fraser of CLS, arranged the remortgage of my residence, securing an excellent rate and term. On buy to lets Fraser delivered several very competitive rates and terms. Amy looked after the legal side, constantly updating and staying in touch. Full attention to my brief and requirements was given by CLS. I would strongly recommend them for property financing.”

“I would like to say thanks to all at CLS. Every person I dealt with during my remortgage process was professional and always there to answer any concerns or queries I had. Although my remortgage process had a few hiccups, the communication from CLS was impeccable. I would thoroughly recommend them.”
