“I was referred to CLS by a friend who had recently used their services after a great review. I am a first time buyer and the process was quite daunting initially but all of my questions/ issues and worries were always answered in a short space of time. I found the company very welcoming from the initial meeting and everyone was very helpful. My mortgage advisor James was very helpful at all times of the process and ensured I had constant updates on information whilst also ensuring that the information was easy to digest. I will definitely use CLS again in the future and I would recommend this company to all family and friends.”

“Having been messed about by another mortgage broker (who assured us we could get a mortgage post DMP/with a default, then couldn't deliver) I approached CLS with some trepidation and a fair amount of caution. I needn't have worried. James Oakley was our adviser, and I couldn't have asked for better. James was very helpful, honest and supportive throughout the whole process. He kept us up to date at every step of the way and was always contactable when I had questions and concerns (of which I had a few!). I genuinely don't think we'd be moving home if it wasn't for James, I unreservedly recommend him and CLS, and fully intend to use them when I re-mortgage.”

“James was very patient with us as it took over a year for us to find a house. He was on hand to offer his advice when we needed it after a during a longer than anticipated process. When we finally found a house, James was able to source us a very competitive mortgage rate, much cheaper than going to national lenders direct. We have already recommended him to a friend and would recommend him to others in the future. We look forward to speaking to him again when we re-mortgage!”

“James Oakley who helped my partner and I get a mortgage was fantastic throughout. The whole experience was stress free, meetings were held at a times conveniant to us and we were always kept up to date with the process by the whole team. I couldn't recommend James and CLS enough! “From our initial meeting to completion, the service provided by CLS has been fantastic. The advise we have been given has been extremely informative, taking into account our personal circumstances and always considering what we would like to achieve. The products they offered was always fully explained. We have always felt that the team at CLS was always out to get us the best deal available for our circumstances. There has never been any pressure or hard sell to accept any certain product offered which is something we have been very pleased with. As promised at the initial meeting, we have had regular updates by both email and telephone calls. Any information required or questions asked by us or our solicitor has been dealt with very promptly. We will certainly keep in touch with CLS and use their services again when the time comes to review our mortgage, we will certainly recommend their services to any friends or family. Thanks to James & the rest of the team at Rayleigh for making our experience moving home so much easier.”

“I first contacted James @ CLS initially for some mortgage advice and asked what options I had, as the high street bank I went to said there were no options. After a fairly easy online questionnaire I filled out all my details , all my credit history listing debts owed and my monthly outgoings and income, submitted online and within 24 hours he came back with options and a list of lenders that suited my criteria and situation. Within three days the mortgage company had sent a mortgage offer in principle and they had already instructed a surveyor the following day. The offer of the mortgage was issued two days after the survey. CLS kept me constantly updated via email, chasing the Solictors and providing any information that they requested the same day. My life and critical illness insurance was also done through CLS, again a form filled out, what cover I required, budget I had and with 24hrs cover had started. If you are looking for a mortgage, life insurance or advice contact CLS I cannot fault the service I have received.”
