“Quick, efficient service from CLS in particular Luke Herrington and Sian Moore. Despite being on a low income Luke managed to get me an affordable mortgage offer. They kept me informed every step of the way and maintained consistent communication with me. I would definitely recommend CLS to anyone regardless of what your situation maybe!”

“Great service from Amy, Megan and Lauren they were all brilliant at getting a mortgage for me on a non standard construction property. Nothing was too much trouble they kept me updated at all times I cant thank them enough I would definitely recommend CLS Money”

“I was struggling to remortgage because of our age, we really did not want to go down the equity release route which was all everyone said we could do. I found CLS with a web search, I'd tried other brokers and had even spoken direct to lenders without success. CLS thought they could help .. I must admit I was a bit sceptical but thought for £99 upfront it was worth a go. A month later and we've just completed on our new mortgage with a first class lender .. can't believe it. The girls at CLS were brilliant, great communicators, said what they were going to do and did it. No delays, they kept everything on tr.ack, simple and straightforward, great service. My scepticism was totally misplaced - can't fault them. Thank you Lauren, Megan and Amy - brilliant team, exceptional service.”

“I can't praise them enough. It's been tough going and probably one of the longest remortgage jobs CLS have had to deal with, but they have helped me all the way and I hope to use them again when it will be a lot easier I'm 2yrs time.”

“Absolutely outstanding service! Gemma Holmes was amazing from start to finish. Gemma organised the best deal for me, the best solicitor, I didn't have to worry about anything. Mine was a complex need, due to a plethora of health issues. Gemma did all the paperwork. Despite my mature age, this is my first time buying my own home. I honestly wouldn't have had a clue! But all I had to do was send Gemma documents that she requested. She's worked so hard to get me the best mortgage available. I genuinely couldn't have asked for more. Both Gemma and Sian have ensured that the process has gone so smoothly for me. I've not had to stress about anything at all. Total professionalism from them both. The only thing that's left for me to do now, is sign on the dotted line! Thank you both so much. Even our doggy is happy.”

“After a recent experience with this company, I feel compelled to share my candid feedback to assist potential customers in making informed decisions. Regrettably, my encounter with this company left much to be desired. The level of diligence exhibited by the company fell short of expectations, as I encountered several errors throughout our interactions. Furthermore, the support provided was notably lacking, leaving me feeling unsupported and frustrated. In light of these experiences, I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution and consider alternative options. “The process of obtaining my first mortgage was very straight forward. I was looked after from day one. I was kept fully informed during the whole process, all questions were answered, help and advice were given whenever needed. All staff were very professional and caring. I would 100% recommend them and I will be using the service again when needed.”

“Was really pleased with the service and help I got from CLS money obtaining my first mortage as a first time buy. CLS money kept me thoroughly informed every step of the way and were they to respond to my queries. This with the help of the CLS app which meant while working full time I didn't have to keep calling them or worry about missing their calls. Initially I had chosen a home on a social housing estate and the first lender we went to wouldn't lend on it but CLS money soon found me another lender who would lend on it very quickly. In the end I decided to buy a different property and CLS also managed to secure me the second mortage offer at no extra cost. CLS handled every question and concern the lenders had and this took the stress away from me Would highly recommend their service. Thankyou to the mortage advisor Lauren, the case handler Megan and all the people from CLS who have helped me through the proccess and made it possible for me achieve this milestone!”
