“I've had such a great experience with CLS money. I was directed to them as they support NHS staff buying a property. I've been working with Paisley Gray who has been absolutely fantastic. I feel like we've been on a journey together! She helped initially source a decent mortgage deal and eventually when the ball started rolling between our sale and purchase she was there to guide us through it all, liaising with our estate agents and relieving some of the stress that comes with attempting to do the back and forth communication with the estate agents. We were always able to count on her to help us get things sorted including our buildings, content, life and work insurances and there was always a member of the CLS team that presented themselves as a point of contact for anything new that came up from the estate agents and solicitors. It has felt so stress free compared to when I was buying my first property without a broker. I highly recommend them and can't sing their praises enough.”

“This firm is outstanding!! The customer service is phenomenal, they actually care!! I was almost about to loose the house of my dreams due to another mortgage company, And in utter tears and frustrations Paul was so empathetic and caring, and then the other team members of June and Harley were absolutely amazing to!! They all worked fast and hard, never ever did I feel ignored or put to the back of a queue like the other lender I attempted with. Our diverse credit history they have specialised in and made a mortgage happen that I never thought would happen with bad credit. These guys are the experts for adverse credit. I would 10000000% recommend these. Also my builder group of the new build we have bought are so impressed with the speed, communications etc they are recommending CLS to more customers. I cannot thank you all enough!!!! The A-Team 💕💕💕”

“Great Work! Steve Wand dealt with me from start to finish, very prompt and got me and my partner exactly what we needed, all the staff was very polite and got back to you within the minute! Later in the process Joanne Bean came along when we had to get a new offer in principle and for some reason the bank was giving grief, however she managed to make things work out with very little hassle! Now that my partner and I are about to move in, a lady called Amy has been keeping in touch every week or so to answer any questions. 10 out of 10”

“When I applied for help with getting a mortgage Paul was brilliant! He got us the best deal for us and made what is usually a very stressful process much easier for us! The whole team were also very helpful. So I would definitely recommend them to anyone!”

“I highly recommend them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They've made my dream come true. Profesional and lovely people to work with. After speaking with multiple mortgage advisers I lost hope of getting a house and gave up for a good half year. But Paisley kept pushing for me to send documents over and reassuring me that I'll get the house I wanted. To give you an example: Where others wouldn't guarantee me a mortgage higher than 180.000, CLS got me a 370.000£ mortgage with an 1.64% interest from one of the biggest banks in the UK and the process was so smooth 😁. Don't bother looking anywhere else. Do yourself a favour and get your mortgage with them especially if you're Self Employed of getting paid through your Limited Company😉.”

“Paul and his team were very professional all the way. He initially got me a deal I thought was great but he new better. A few days later, he got me even a better deal. The amount I used to pay for interest only is now the amount I pay for capital on my mortgage and that is fixed for 2 years!!”
