“Amy has been an absolute rock through the whole of our post offer/ selling/ purchase process. She has professionally answered all of our questions and been a huge help during emotional and mental stresses that come with buying a property. She has kept us informed and aware of the process and also helped with communication between agents and solicitors. “We had the pleasure of being looked after by Paul and Emma. Both of them were super helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. They were so supportive and kept me informed every step of the way. I found the company by chance, having been let down by other brokers - I would recommend CLS to anyone who needs help moving home or even just remortgaging - they are the best out there and can help almost anyone even when you think you’re out of options elsewhere. “Worked with Ryan and Hannah. Have to say the whole mortgage thing was very new to me but they have guided me all the way through. Every question they have answered. Can't recommend them enough. Thank-you so much for helping me buy my first home. Definitely recommend to anyone. Hannah has been fighting my corner all the way even with the challenges we have faced, always found a solution and never gave up hope or the fight. Fantastic company if you are unsure on anything just ask. Pleasure to work with always will be sadly missed. But I'll be sure to use Hannah again when remortgage comes around.”

“CLS Money were a breath of fresh air in an unexpectedly difficult situation. Gemma assured me that there would be a solution, we had a strong case and CLS would do their utmost to work to our incredibly tight timescale. She worked swiftly to give us the reassurance needed. “Amy Randall has been amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and kept us regularly updated. I felt like I could ask Amy anything and she made me feel very comfortable... Buying our first home and not knowing how things work has been a bit nerve-wracking but she made us feel very relaxed and supported. “Couldn't recommend CLS enough. I had struggled to find a mortgage elsewhere and Ryan had secured me a mortgage in principle within half an hour of our initial call. Rachel Marcucci handled my case from there and she has been amazing from start to finish in keeping my up to date with the whole process. Thank you!”
