“Melissa & Rachel have really helped me with my remortgage at this difficult time when rates are constantly rising and offers being pulled. I’ve spoke to Melissa at length about what was best for me to do, especially in terms of mortgage length and overpayments and she was really helpful from start to finish. She even looked into offers I found myself and through alternate brokers and talked me through the good and bad in an unbiased and fair way that kept what’s best for me at the heart of it. I really appreciate that and would highly recommend them and CLS money. Thank you.”

“Amazing, Quick and extraordinary service from James, Victoria and the team! In the week that affordable mortgage rates were disappearing and reaching as high as 6.5%, they managed to secure me a better deal that was before government announcement. The team kept me updated several times a day to confirm it had all gone through. Really fantastic service. This is third remortgage through CLSMoney and will be happy to go back again!”

“Amazing service from Frankie, Emma and the team! In the week that mortgage rates were going through the roof and being taken off the table, they managed to secure me a better deal than I could get anywhere else, and kept me updated several times a day, even calling meat 7:45 in the evening to confirm it had all gone through. Reallly great service!”

“As first time buyer, we did not know where to start a mortgage process. one of our friends recommended CLS ( Steve). “When I had lost hope of finding a good agent, luckily, I found Frankie and Lauren. They reignited my hope to get a house. Their knowledge, problem solving attitude and prompt response helped me secure a mortgage offer within a week when other agents wouldn't bother to invest time in my situation. Their excellent negotiation skills pulled back my valuation date by 2 weeks. CLS app allowed me to communicate to both of them at all times instantly. I never had to share any information twice, and I didn't have to chase my agent at all. I was still followed up after getting the offer to check if I was doing alright. “Omg 5 stars is not enough for these people After being let down by the bank we called these and right from the word go they have been great. They helped us sort out a mortgage and even when a few other hiccups came up they helped us to sort them out so Grateful. They kept us informed all the way through such good value for money too a massive shout out to sue for all your help”
