“James Courtenay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process from start to finish and explaining each step. When there were issues with the property I was buying, James went out of his way to offer help and support. When I found a new property James was able to progress things quickly, and we are now very happy in our new home. I look forward to using James again in the future and will recommend him, and the wider CLS team, to my friends and colleagues.”

“The Advisors assigned to me were always available to answer any questions I had no matter how big or small and even after I complete paying the fee's they continued to follow up with the solicitors and be available to help me through the process. As a first time buyer I needed more support and this was always there even at the weekends! My mortgage options were explained in detail and the other relevant insurance options were explained and organised accordingly, saving me lots of time and also money (I done my own insurance searches and found that CLS referrals were still cheaper). I would highly recommend using CLS and will be referring my friends and family moving forwards. Thanks for all your help! Kelly”

“Clayton and his team are fast and reliable. They go further than everyone else to achieve your goals and they keep pushing to make sure the mortgage and purchase goes through. In our case we had a complex purchase with a tight deadline. I firmly believe only Clayton could have got us the three AIPs we needed in only two days. Highly recommended!”

“Re-mortgage - I found the whole re-mortgage process very easy using CLS. Everything was explained very clearly and gave me great insight into the mortgage market. I was kept informed throughout the process and secured my preferred mortgage at an attractive rate. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

“I have used CLS financial for almost five years following a recommendation. I have found Clayton and his team most professional in all the dealings that I have had.
