“I contacted CLS regards a BTL remortgage. James was very helpful in providing a number of solutions quickly, and helped with the process throughout together with Alice who kept the information and process flowing really well. Whenever, I spoke to CLS, they were really helpful and re-assuring. I would definitely recommend CLS for any finance / mortgage help you need.”

“I contacted CLS following on from a marriage separation and having to find a new home. Lauren Huntley was the appointed broker that helped me at a sensitive and potentially stressful time added to that Christmas was on the horizon! To say that Lauren made the whole process stress-free would be an understatement. Her professional manner, her guaranteed response if she missed my phone call, and her explanation of the whole process demonstrated a very high standard of customer relationship. Her support team very much the same too. Lauren is a credit to CLS, I would most certainly recommend using thier services as a broker. *Good value for money at a reasonable price in the industry. *Attentive staff. *Never made me feel like they were just driving for 'the commission' Thank you CLS.”

“We've been working with Lucy and Chloe. Everything run as smoothly as possible. When we needed an extension on our mortgage offer, that got processes fairly quickly. Chloe kept on top of the process and guided us through it, checking regularly with us. Highly recommended!”

“We’ve used CLS for the last 6 years now at least. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Each time they have been very thorough and quick on their turnaround of our mortgage/re-mortgage. The updates are regular and they find the best interest rates in the market possible. Everything is simplified. They give you a list of what they need from you. You return it as quickly as you can and then the magic happens. Melissa Woolley helped us secure our remortgage this time round and she has been exceptional! She submitted our application on 28th Jan and we received our mortgage offer today (12th Feb). 11 working days! That includes the lender conducting a full in person valuation. That’s great going! Thanks for everything Melissa! Speak again in another 2 years for our next re-mortgage 😃”

“I'm grateful for the team at CLS, I had problems trying to remortgage my property due to short lease. I was turned down by a few lenders until CLS was able to arrange for me to extend the lease and also remortgage. This has changed our lives as we did stand to loose out selling without a long lease.
