“We have a couple of servers with Clook and lots of websites. What puts them above other providers for me is the great communication and fast response. When calling their support, literally everyone I have spoken to has been immediately helpful; no explaining your problem 5 times or going on hold for long.”

“As web designers, we have tried and worked with so many hosting companies. Whilst the mass hosting companies offer unbeatable prices, the service is terrible, which is what lets them down. Clook on the other hand are completely different. If I have a question or a problem, I ping them an email, and within 10 minutes they get back to me, not with some automated response, but with an actual solution. And we are talking 24/7, 365 days a year! I highly recommend Clook to anyone, whether experienced web designers or first-timers. You won't be disappointed and you will never, ever, switch to another company afterwards. We went from a single shared hosting account, to a large shared hosting account, and now we are on a fabulous, super configured VPS with LiteSpeed that allows us to produce lightning quick Wordpress websites. And they set it all up for us. You can't beat that.”

“Clook are one of the few companies that I will unreservedly recommend. We have used them for 7 years and they have never faltered. First and foremost, is the support the Clook team provide. Most (90%+) support tickets are answered within 10 minutes, often faster. A few times in 7 years a ticket will have taken as long as 30 minutes. In the dealings I have with other hosting companies, support tickets often take 30 minutes sometimes hours.The Clook team also are proactive and knowledgeable in dealing with issues. Resulting in less questions and answers to get an issue resolved. The Clook team really do feel and act like an extension of our own business. Providing a very high level of expertise. They are our system admins that provide support and guidance to make sure we have the best security in place, the server performance we need, and reliable backups if things go wrong. In the 7 years we have had only 3 significant outages, lasting an hour or so and one of them was caused by an external network/datacenter issue. Apart from that we might have a server offline for a few minutes, just a few times a year - and recent software updates Clook recommended will minimise that even further. We moved to a cloud server 3ish years ago and it has been fantastic. Clook services are not the cheapest, but the support, reliability and expertise you get are 100% worth it. We frequently get called by other hosting companies, but they simply don't stand a chance. We can and do recommend Clook to our clients if they want/need their own hosting account - and are totally happy to do so. Clook are a significant part of us being able to offer our clients a high quality of service - thanks team :).”

“The service and help we received from will was outstanding! We are not very good with computers and struggled immensely with the settings etc when setting up our email accounts. Will was always willing to help despite the fact we had rung him a thousand times for help! Overall a very friendly and helpful team at Clook. Would definitely recommend to others.”
