“Clook have had my back on hosting for more than a decade now. The reason: their support is superlative and quick. You don't get cookie cutter answers and they actually consider your question before answering. And then fix it and explain the issues. The value of the underlying service has constantly improved over the years as tech has changed and dropped in price. As these improvements arise you benefit from them, just like a new customer would. You're not locked into the old conditions. Everyone benefits. My only concern with Clook is that they become a victim of their success and like other companies sell out and that things then get compromised. Thankfully this hasn't happened yet and they keep on providing stellar service. Long may this continue. Thank you for all your hard work over the years.”

“We've been hosting sites with Clook for many years, first through a reseller and then directly. Performance and reliability have always been extremely good, and the best compliment to give about their support is that in all those years we've hardly ever had to use it! When there have been any rare server issues we have always been informed promptly, and the support team responds to any queries very quickly. I also like their comprehensive knowledge base resources, which are easy to navigate and well written. Not something that can be said of some competitors' help pages we have seen. All in all a highly recommended hosting company!”

“My website is not a business, but it's important to me and the 1500 or so followers it has. And when it goes wrong I need help to get it back online. Since starting the site, about 15 years ago, it's been humped round a succession of hosts. Non have come anywhere near the level of service that I've experienced at Clook. I still remember dumping a broken site on their doorstep just before Christmas several years ago. They worked tirelessly for three days and nights to get me back online for the festive season. Since then I've needed their help to solve problems on several occasions and they've never let me down.”

“I have had two shared-hosting accounts with Clook, for two different websites that I have managed, running from 2005 to 2008, and from 2016 to present (2017 and ongoing). In all of that time I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience as a customer. Customer service has been excellent: exceptionally quick response time, and sound responses to queries. Server uptime has also been excellent throughout that period. The websites I have run have not had huge traffic, but I know they have various packages for different needs. The package I'm on meets my needs, and on that basis I'm happy to recommend them. —David”

“I've been hosting with Clook for years (about 10 I think!) now which is testament to how great they are. Barely any issues over that time and the true test is that whenever there have been issues or queries they are probably the fastest to respond/resolve in the industry. Sometimes it feels like they've replied and sorted you problem before you've even finished submitting your support ticket.”

“Clook are the best reseller I've ever used (and I've used a few!). Great service, fast support, updates seem to be seamless and cause minimum fuss. I've never had any complaints from my clients whilst on the Clook server. And i've been with them 10years, so that says it all really.”
