“Excellent customer service. A telephone call was answered very clearly. An online ticket I placed was replied to within an hour & delivered in a very personal manner. Many organisations nowadays do not have this level of customer interaction - so extremely refreshing!”

“Clook always make me happy! Their professional and friendly approach is always so prompt and no matter if it's a simple issue or more complex issue they always help me learn something without making me feel silly. I was recommended them by the last web agency I work for and happily recommend them to others. “I've been using Clook for almost 20 years now and they have always been absolutely first class for service, from upgrades/downgrades to recently restoring a whole site I accidentally deleted within 15 minutes of asking for help, they've never let me down and I have no need to ever look elsewhere, thanks guys!”

“I've been with Clook for a number of years and they have been consistently excellent. The hosting is well-specified, reliable, secure and not massively oversold. The support is like nothing else - lightning fast and handled by people who know what they're doing - it really is superb! Add to this they are always looking to add new services and improve existing services. Prices for all of this are also excellent value - don't look anywhere else for hosting!”

“What can I say other than I've been with them for 13 years and just renewed again! I honestly don't even bother looking to see if I can get the same deal cheaper elsewhere because even if I could I wouldn't risk going through the rubbish service/support that I had with other companies in the past. Service is fantastic and support is even better and lightening quick. Perfect!”

“My web business kikk.co.uk has had a reseller account with Clook for about 4 years. I am struggling to think of a single occasion when we have had even a slight concern with the quality of their service. The email support system is excellent - we usually hear back within a few minutes and the longest ever was about 8 minutes! Server resilience has been excellent with virtually no downtime and, more importantly, when there has been an issue, we have been notified promptly and kept up to date. If your web site is mission critical, I can wholeheartedly recommend Clook from hands on, long term experience.”

“I have been working in web development for many years and before I moved to Clook quite a number of years ago I used to live in fear! With my previous hosts I often had problems which took long to solve and which ultimately led to me losing clients. Finally, after some research I found Clook. I must say that I have always been impressed with their level of service and most especially with the response time. In all these years there has never been a single instance when I had to wait for a response. Not only that but the team is always ready to give technical advice even though sometimes it would not really be within their remit. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Clook services to anyone. You will not be disappointed ! Keep it up guys!”

“Having been with Clook for several years now, I can confidently say that Clook go above and beyond in every interaction. Support times are always sub 5-minutes, and frequently just 1-2. In the rare instance of downtime, notifications are sent out very quickly with plenty of follow-up status updates, which really helps me keep my clients informed. If you need to host a website that is even remotely important, don't bother looking anywhere else.”
