“11 years ago, I set-up my own web development business and was recommended to use Clook for the hosting of all my websites. I have not been disappointed. Their support has been absolutely first class and genuinely 24/7. There has been barely any server downtime during that time and I now have over 50 websites running on my shared server. Having come from a project management and marketing background, my technical knowledge is sometimes lacking but the support team are always happy to help and guide me with my hosting, email and DNS queries. “I've been with Clook for over 10 years now and they have always been very reliable, friendly and amazingly fast with support queries. In the very few rare times when there have been server issues, I've always been confident that the issue would be resolved as soon as possible. I've used many hosts over the past 20 years and none have come close to Clook for reliability and professionalism.”

“Clook Internet has been the best host I've had by far. I hosted about 20 sites at the time I moved to Clook and had stuck with my previous host for years longer than I'd wanted to as the thought of moving that many sites was quite daunting. Clook moved all the sites for me with absolutely no problems at all. Their support is superb either by phone or by support ticket. I'm always recommending Clook to people and everyone I know who uses their services has always been very happy with them.”

“I have very basic IT skills!! I have raised several enquiries with Clook recently which an IT buff would no doubt have managed themselves. The Clook support team have advised me in clear terms that an IT novice like myself can easily understand, for which I am particularly grateful. My queries have been dealt with promptly, courteously, efficiently and resolved within minutes rather than hours. Very pleased indeed!!”

“We've been a Clook customer for 10 years and the service and speed of support is the best i've ever come across in any industry or field. I've recommended them to quite a few people over the years who still thank me for pointing them to Clook. I've had to use other hosts for when clients have existing packages and the service of some of them could make a grown man sob. I lose count of how many times i've said "Just host it with Clook". You can't know everything and when you don't, they have help and advice which is just invaluable especially if you're more design than tech. Simply put...I'll never even look at another hosting company. I wouldn't even flirt with them!”
