“I have had an account with Clook for over 10 years and in that time I have dealt with all of the main hosting companies working on client websites. I can honestly say that none of them are a patch on Clook. Outstanding technical support (really excellent always, fast and professional, they have got me out of trouble of my own making more times than I would like to admit...). Today most server companies seem to be reliable enough but support is the real differentiating factor and Clook are the best of the lot.”

“OK where do I start. I'm a Web Developer currently on the reseller-50 plan with Clook Internet. I initially heard of Clook via an associate of mine. He told me they were the best reseller out there. Very fast website delivery. Very fast support. Great value for money. Great admin area to manage all of my website accounts. I thought he must work for them! But no, after now being a customer of Clooks for 10 years, I can honestly say, with my hand on my heart, all the above is true. To add to that, the best thing in my opinion is that you hardly ever get any issues. Once a website is live on there, it runs trouble free. I have used other resellers in the past and none have met this standard in my opinion. Clook were great 10 years ago and just continue to improve over time. I know that anxious feeling you get when searching for a reasonable priced reseller when you are starting out. You really don't need to look any further. I'll put my reputation on it.”

“My company has been with Clook for a number of years now and despite persistent sales calls from other hosting companies asking, "Is there anything that you're not getting from your current supplier?" there actually isn't. Clook's ticket response time is preposterously quick from an excellent and knowledgeable team, their range of services suits our requirements perfectly and issues are literally always solved. This fast response time tells me that not much goes wrong at Clook and the knock on effect is that if one of our clients has a problem with their website, I can get it fixed PDQ. Clook make me look good. Utterly fabulous.”

“Having been online with numerous websites for 20+ years, I've used pretty much every web host that you can think of. I then tried Clook when they were new and I've never ever (and I mean EVER) had a problem. In the old days they only did support via tickets but, even then, I never had any other host reply faster. Sometimes it took seconds, and it was always a tech who knew how to fix it or answer instead of following a script. In the UK, Clook are the only host I ever recommend, no matter what website size. They apply American service quality to a great British company. And, I never write reviews. But, Clook deserves it.”

“We moved to Clook over 10 years ago after failures with other hosting companies. Clook have never let us down and have supported us excellently as our business has grown. Support times are incredibly fast, typically less than a couple of minutes although we rarely need to use them as they are so proactive. “We have been using Clook since 2009 and can honestly say, with hand on heart, that they provide an exceptional service. The support team are amazingly quick at responding, always helpful and any problems are sorted very quickly indeed. Not that there are actually any real major problems to solve. We always recommend Clook if customers enquire about hosting. We trust and rely on them entirely.”

“It took me around 8yrs to find a hosting provider which had consistent fast loading of website pages, quick cpanel access and professional, expert support. All our clients are hosted with Clook. We had previously spent years moving around from the "big" hosting companies with very poor experiences. Thanks to Clook we've been able to expand and market our hosting strengths against our competition too. Keep up the good work. The only improvement I could recommend is if you came over to Gibraltar to setup an office here so I could buy you all a drink by the beach to say thanks for all the favours I feel I owe you from the immense help and support over the years! Thanks to Tim from Texelate.co.uk all those years ago for recommending you guys too. An old friend from uni who shared his closely guarded secret to me!”

“We have been a customer of Clook for over five years and through out that time we have not had one single problem with the support or service we have received, The support team are exemplary with response times invariably in the minuets rather than hours or days which some web support companies provide. Not being technical it is refreshing to speak to support staff who managed to not patronise but avoid being to technical when explaining things. As for sales support quotes and upgrades and migrations have without fail been prompt and competitive considering the amazing customer focused ethos that Clook clearly demonstrates consistently... I can not recommend Clook strongly enough to any company looking not just for a Hosting company but a true long term business partner!!”

“The service offered by Clook is truly excellent. But aside from being a thoroughly reliable and friendly ISP, which they are, it’s the details which really make the difference, especially for a sole trader like myself. A small example is the billing system, which is delightfully smooth and clear, with neatly presented PDF invoices sent in good time and a second copy marked “paid” arriving moments after settlement. Another example is the well-designed client portal, with very fast ticket responses from staff who are knowledgeable and unfailingly patient. After three years as a customer I have no hesitation in recommending Clook.”
