“Cook keeps our Charity's website hosted effectively and securely. Cook is a really good value web host. It gives you fair notice of maintenance and other issues, otherwise it just does what's needed, very reliable, no panics or surprises.”

“Clook are genuinely outstanding. We've been with them for over 10 years and they have been instrumental in forming a solid foundation for the growth of our own business. Their support is lightning fast (just minutes) and they are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I don't want to sound like I'm going over the top too much but once you've been with them for a while, you'll understand where I'm coming from. They are not a budget host - but then the value they offer is exceptional. If you want a host you really can rely on, then try Clook. You won't look back. Dave (Veedesign Ltd)”

“I've been using Clook since 2006 and they have proved to be a incredible hosting company. Their support team are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and very quick to respond. Real quality service at a fantastic price.”

“Clook have always been REALLY helpful and answer support emails literally within seconds! I have found their servers to be a tad slow when compared with amazon EC2 but for smaller websites where speed isn't as critical, they're great.”

“Clook made a transfer from another hosting company very easy. They transferred the files for me and thereby avoided me having to download and upload 600MB of files. Since then service has been impeccable with the only down time being a 10 minute scheduled maintenance.”

“Clook have a hands on personal approach that suits our business requirements down to the ground. With over 300 websites hosted at Clook we can call them or email them and get a reply pretty much instantly. On the odd occasion when something goes wrong (which is unavoidable) Clook have been on hand to talk us through, help and guide, even when sometimes the issue is at our end and not theirs. Clook go above and beyond the call of duty which is why we have been using them for so long nd will continue using them for the foreseeable future.”

“The key for me has always been the Support staff - clearly they are the one that most individuals look to to help either install or provide advice on software or help with issues that may arise from time to time - and they are excellent. As far as the shared service is concerned, I would really like to see more CPU allocation provided for individual sites, even if this means an extra cost - for example there is no increase in CPU allocation across all shared services - I would value this more than extra physical storage space - for example.”

“Outstanding service within minutes from experts. I have hosted my sites with Clook since 2007 and have never had any problems that were not quickly sorted out. There are cheaper services, but we have saved money in the long run by getting problems fixed quickly and having the right answer to a question straight away rather than wasting time in long explanations to someone that doesn't really understand the problem. Have recommended them to friends and family.”
