“I have received a monthly supply of ground coffee from CLO for the last 5 years and intend to continue, because the coffee is of consistently high quality, the service is consistently reliable and the background supplier detail makes me confident that high ethical standards are assured. I would recommend CLO Cofee without hesitation.”

“So excited to receive my CLO Decaf Coffee. Having recently gone over to Decaf Coffee for health reasons my son who recommended it to me (who works for CLO) was absolutely right in saying “This is proof decaf can taste wonderful” It’s amazing and has lovely notes of “Chocolate/Redcurrant/Lime” The best I’ve ever tasted. Such lovely packaging as well. Thank you”

It’s disheartening to hear that it felt old and ashy, especially when we aim to provide our customers with the best start to their day. Our coffees are all freshly roasted by us in our roastery so they are always fresh. We also don't roast particularly dark so I'm wondering if the ash notes were from the particular origin you ordered? Do drop us a line and we would love to send an alternative to try and find a coffee you will love, as we are always getting new coffees in stock. Thank you once again for your input. “I have tried various coffees and there are 'stronger' ones and many more expensive ones, but I'd say none with more taste and variety than the CLO roasts (maybe with the exception of novelty ones with whisky, etc.). I love the ethos and the service (and the people) but most relevantly the flavourful coffee! The subscription is particularly good value, but other things like the 12 coffees of Christmas make great presents.”
