The prints I received were not legible in part.

Hi Brian, Thank you for taking the time to review our service. I’ve reviewed your order, and I noticed that the PDF files you uploaded contain light green and magenta line work. Unfortunately, these thin coloured lines don’t reproduce well in either colour or monochrome prints. As mentioned in our previous email, if you could provide PDF files with the line work revised to monochrome from the issuer of the drawing, we would be more than happy to reprint them for you. I completely understand if you’re unable to provide revised files, but sadly, there isn’t much more we can do to improve the print quality in this instance. Best regards, Jennifer Davies

Ease of ordering and quality of print great - delivery service v.poor. (express service took a week!) Royal Mail was a let down!

Thank you for your kind words about our ordering process and print quality. Regarding your delivery, I understand that Royal Mail attempted to deliver your order twice on a Sunday to a location with gated access. Unfortunately, they were unable to gain access, and the tracking information indicates that the address was inaccessible. Your order was then taken back to your local customer service point, and you should have received an email with instructions to rearrange the delivery. After you reached out to us about your delivery, we promptly re-issued another copy of your order, which was delivered the following day. I’ve also checked the tracking on your original order, and it remains available for rescheduling if you need another copy. While delivery issues are uncommon, we apologise for the delay you experienced on this occasion. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
I was happy with the prints, but i paid for next day delivery and they were left under a communal door mat and i didnt find them for 2 days

Maps were excellent. The delivery service let you down. for which we have since been refunded. we would use your service again

Good prints but out of scale

I have taken a look into your order and can see that 3 out of 6 PDF files provided were not to scale and therefore printed not to scale. I hope this helps.
Delivery arrived without a named contact on - just the address. I provided a name, it was just not used. This lead to some confusion and delay.

Quick and efficient process. However, the print colour was faded in parts and the set image transparency was not as the pdf copy.

Hi I thought the service was fine and it was what I was looking for. I have to say the quality of the prints (engineering drawings) were rather faint and so the some of the detailed text and line marking was not easy to read. What I am not sure about is whether it was the original drawing or the faintness of your printing. Thanks Richard

Seem to do what they say although there were a couple of 'add-on' costs at the checkout which made me feel a bit 'Ryan Air'; their headline price could have been clearer. But there you are, I would probably use again if I needed something in a hurry but will also shop around forma better price.

The service was very fast, however the print quality wasn't great, it had jagged lines rather than straight, we would use them again though if only for their fast turn around.
