“Clickpost Customer Service as stated is incorrect. Communication channels - No telephone, No Live chat Queries resolved in under an hour - Mine wasn't even acknowledged let alone resolved Booked a next-day delivery well ahead of the deadline. No tracking link was sent. On the day of delivery, unable to speak to the sender - no telephone number - I spoke to the courier. They advised there would be no delivery and promptly washed their hands of it by telling me to contact Clickpost instead. However, they can only be contacted by email and the customer service is unresponsive - Unacceptable Shifting the blame onto the courier as per past reviews read - Unacceptable I would have left less than one star. Alas, there was no option.”

However, our offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. I understand that your issue with communication was resolved promptly on the following Monday morning. Regarding the issue with your next-day delivery, it is unacceptable that you did not receive clear information directly from the courier. Your order was dispatched to our courier on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Once your order is dispatched to the courier, they should communicate clearly and inform you of the delivery progress. We are actively working with our courier partners to improve communication and accountability, ensuring that situations like this are handled more efficiently in the future. We deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our service.
