Regarding your delivery, I understand that Royal Mail attempted to deliver your order twice on a Sunday to a location with gated access. Unfortunately, they were unable to gain access, and the tracking information indicates that the address was inaccessible. Your order was then taken back to your local customer service point, and you should have received an email with instructions to rearrange the delivery. After you reached out to us about your delivery, we promptly re-issued another copy of your order, which was delivered the following day. I’ve also checked the tracking on your original order, and it remains available for rescheduling if you need another copy. While delivery issues are uncommon, we apologise for the delay you experienced on this occasion. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
