“The ordering service from Clickpost was easy to navigate and very efficient however the delivery service from their carrier DPD was appalling items delivered to wrong address even sent a photo to showing the item on the doorstep the only problem was I wasn’t my doorstep very annoying as the POD stated I signed for it 😤 so took me a few hours to track down who had actually took my parcel in. DPD customer service were useless.”

Hi Danny, Thank you for your positive feedback regarding the service Clickpost provided. We are disappointed to read about the service you received from our courier on this occasion. We use a variety of couriers best suited to the order placed; however, as of late, with the Royal Mail strikes, we have relied further on DPD. I have raised the feedback with our DPD account manager; Couriers must perform the service that has been paid for by our customers. We apologise on behalf of DPD, and I hope you will give us another try in the future. Regards Jennifer
