“APc let down rally but wouldn't deliver without signiture, was only an A4 envelope!! No option in order routine to opt for signed or unsigned. Correspondance was prompt and eventually redirected and hopefully delivered.”

We understand how frustrating it must have been to not have the option of signing for your order, and that having it re-routed caused further delay. Having looked into your order I will have to raise the issue with APC as your order was marked "IF CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE LEAVE IN POSTBOX/SAFE PLACE". APC should have left the order for you safely.
