Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. This Product is not correct for the Joey Vacmaster. Very disappointing.

I’m not received vacuum cleaner

It is only approx. 12" long which even when added to the original hose still has me bending over to hoover along the edges of the rooms. I contacted Cleva asking if they did a longer one only to be told 'we don't do a longer one I'm afraid' and that was it, short and not so sweet. Why don't they do a longer wand. Blooming useless!!

The battery is good vakue. You need to value all of your customers, whichever sales chsnnel they bouhht through ( and I am guessing that Amazon is your largest).

When contacting Cleva customer services had to use email, no phone. Took 5 days to reply and this was after I had complained about a dangerous faulty charger. Very disappointing as the mower seems quite good

Machine stopped working after 30 seconds of use motor is running but blade is not turning. Emailed customer services got a auto reply saying they would get in touch within 48 hrs, 3rd day now no response still in cooling off period. Very disappointed indeed.

As I am yet to receive this product after 3 weeks. I find the fact that the company. asked me to do a review insulting as they obviously haven't reviewed any of my emails. Apparently it's been lost on route! As there is no way of tracking this delivery and the company have no telephone line, nor do they answer emails for 72 hours at least it is very difficult to know what is going on. I have been told that the lawn mower has been reordered, however as usual I can't get hold of anyone to help or to advise. I do hope it arrives soon as this order has been very frustrating

Order didn't arrive, I emailed support asking for an update, they explained there was unprecedented demand, I wonder how long this 'unprecedented demand' has been happening, I suspect long enough that it should be considered precedented demand. I did all the research and decided this lawnmower and strimmer was the best option unfortunately on principle I cancelled this order. Picked up a different manufacturers lawnmower and strimmer the same day from Screwfix. The Vacmaster looks good also and i was looking at buying one of these in the near future, I'll buy from elsewhere.
