We are the original design manufacturers of the Vacmaster® & LawnMaster® range of high performance appliances for the home, garden and business.

Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. Since then, we have grown to a 1200 strong workforce and have manufactured over 40 million appliances. All of which have been designed and manufactured by us, in-house.

“The advice provided by the Cleva help desk was very helpful and saved me buying a more expensive dehumidifier than I needed. Once ordered the dehumidifier arrived the next day and so far has proved to perform well. I will certainly buy direct from Cleva in future.”

“Very pleased with product and customer service. Parcelforce however, took two days to get the product to me rather than the promised next day delivery. Product was in it's original box with a big postage label stuck on it. It would have been better if the product in it's original box had been placed in a cardboard box so that the postage label could have been stuck on that rather than the product's box as it was a present for a relative and didn't look good with a large postage label stuck on it.”

“I have meant to write this a while ago. What most commercial companies don't fully understand is customer service and what they have to deal with on a daily basis. These individuals can promote a company or cause huge problems. I am very happy and fortunate to say, t any questions I had were always answered quickly. If I needed other items not a problem. I was also kept informed of despatch times, all really quick. A big thank you, Aimee. The equipment I have bought is excellent, tough, 3 huge fireplaces no particle smell from wet animals to dust/rumble/soot and has not failed any job to date😁. Would recommend to anyone theirequipment and for the support you are given.”

“The Vacmaster Multi 20 PTO was despatched within hours of the order being placed and delivered by Parcelforce 24 (if memory serves) on the next working day. All of the specified components were present. I've only plugged it in and given the carpet a quick once over but everything seems fine. I can't comment on the PTO, wet or blower functions. My only complaint is the sparse, terse user manual. A thorough Youtube demonstration video would compensate for that but I can't find one.”
