Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “I was charged an extra £7 for delivery to the Highlands and Islands, the Royal Mail DOES NOT charge extra for this service so why did you? This is blatant discrimination! Delivery took 5 working days not 1-2 as promised, not happy!!”

Thank you for highlighting this issue, it was a genuine mistake on the shipping set up. Express 1-2 day delivery is not available as an option from Parcel Force to the Orkney Islands and has been removed. The delivery is now therefore included in the price and your payment corrected.
