Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “Product arrived within period advised. However, one of the wands was missing a plastic insert which meant it could not be used. Contacted customer services who kindly sent a new pair of wands. Assuming it was sent standard delivery as it took a few days before it arrived meaning I couldn't use it. Thought that it would have been more appropriate to have posted the items using a faster mode of delivery given that I was not in a position to use the hoover which I needed for a job. The new inserts seemed oversized making it difficult to insert and separate the two pieces of the wand. Thankfully, have strength enough to do this but not sure if someone who maybe had problems with their wrists etc could do it. Hope that this is not a measure of the machines quality. Still early days. DISAPPOINTING.”

“Easy to choose the right products and order them. The only problem I had was the delivery it took longer than the 24hr express delivery. You can’t extend the warranty for wet and dry vacuum ☹️”
