“I bought a Vacuum Cleaner (probably made in China) from Cleva. Apart from that I know nothing about the company. Apart from sucking up Dust and Debris as it is supposed to do, I am sure the company already has photographs of their own.”

“My vacuum arrived on time and the order was complete. It was reasonably easy to assemble. I bought it to clean my car and I have used it once to do this and it worked very well. The suction was great and the hose length more than adequate, in fact I did not use all the extensions. There is no skimping on the plug cable length either. I subsequently used it to hoover my garage floor and it did this very well also. I haven't used the water suction or the blower as I don't need this and probably never will but it is a nice to have. It is cheaper than a conventional upright hoover and cheaper than a reconditioned Henry that I checked out in my local market store, so I am very pleased.”

“Contact and supply good, have yet to set up so will comment further when I have a chance to use. Replacement for another make that burnt out before a tenth of a bag had been filled. Went to Cleva as spares and contact available. Have yet to get a refund for the previous as would not replace and as it was a year old would not refund the full price or replace even though a 2 year guarantee. Still chasing for a refund if only in part.”

“I bought the law master L10 last year. During routine maintenance and firmware upgrade, I had to contact Cleva; they were prompt with answering and had the best customer service you could ever have asked for. The only issue is it turned out that I had a faulty USB device. I would recommended this company anytime.”
