Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “What lawn mower , I ha ent recieved this yet, I spoke to a girl in your office and reassured me that she would ensure I recieve my lawn mower, she apologised and all the rest....but you know what ,SHE COULD CARE AT ALL. I RECOMMEND YOU SORT YOU SYSTEM OUT.”

Thank you for contacting us and leaving feedback on the service you received from us. I'm sorry that your mower did not arrive when you expected it to and for any inconvenience caused by this. I can see from the order details that the order was placed on a Friday afternoon and that it was out for delivery the next day. Delivery was attempted at 17.40 on Saturday 6th August but was unsuccessful as the address was a business premises and there was no one available to receive the order. Delivery was re-attempted on 9th August, again unsuccessfully. I can assure you that our after-sales team made every effort to get your mower to you, using all resources at their disposal. Despite these efforts, on this occasion, we have been unable to locate the whereabouts of your order after two delivery attempts. This is not the outcome we had hoped for, and as such, your order has been refunded to minimise any further inconvenience to you whilst we continue to liaise with the courier.

“Arrived in less than 24 hours! Assembled easily but sometimes basket clips jump out of sockets. Not serious and will fix it. Roller bent but replacement arrived 2 days later. Only used it twice as garden droughts and not much grass. Quite a large garden but battery power only went down by 2 marks. Cut well, height adjustment very easy. To date very pleased with the purchase.”

“All very straightforward regarding the purchase and really happy with the mower, my only disappointment was with the courier company used who left it on the doorstep - they rang the bell, took a picture and walked away leaving it unattended for three hours (footage courtesy of my door bell)”

“Light weight and powerful enough to push leaves under hedges, you have to hold it at the right height to avoid blowing graved around,but this is much simpler than trying to rake leaves off a long gravel drive. Would definitely recommend it, maybe my wife will have a go with it;it's light enough?”
