Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “The wet and dry vacuum I purchased is first class I am extremely happy with the product. My only criticism is with Parcel Force they received the item early on the Saturday but it was only prepared for delivery that day. On the Monday it was scheduled for delivery between 4 pm to 5 pm, I was out of town that day but drove 40 miles round trip to accept it I was tracking the delivery van to within 1/2 a mile of my house then it went off screen and was not delivered as promised. Next day Tuesday then again scheduled it for delivery but again it was scheduled for a late delivery between 4 to 5 pm I decided not to do another 40 mile round trip as I had lost faith in Parcel Force having read other people's experience with them it was eventually delivered on the Tuesday 4 days after it was in there possession.”

“No tracking number, item is not here within 48 hours of order (ordered Monday, should be here Wednesday but not received). No details of postage terms on site, no order reference sent by email with contact details to find out where item is if not sent tracked delivery.”

Hi, The goods were despatched free of charge on Monday to your delivery address in Belfast by Royalmail 48hr Service. RM48 can take upto 3 days especially during the busy delivery days such as Cyber Monday and when delivering outside mainland UK. Unfortunatley there is no tracking on this 48H service. Please contact our sales office if it does not arrive by the end of tomorrow.
