Cleva was born in 2004 by two people who shared a vision to design and manufacture high performance industrial and domestic vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers at affordable prices. “unfortunately came with broken charger, charger was replaced and seems decent lawnmower, have only used twice due to charger issue, will be able to rate better next month.”

“We bought a lawnmaster directly from Cleva. This wasn't as cleva as we thought. ON first use the roller fell off. I fixed it back on but it fell off again, and I couldn't find the bolt/scree fitting to put it back. I now need to get in touch with the company and ask for the lawnmaster to be repaired or replaced. Disappointed.”

“Easy to use and very light to manouver but a little awkward to assemble”

“The first attempt was disaster despite choosing 24hrs express service. Waited for 3 days and then contacted them via email. Later on found out that they have to dispatch a new product once again due to some issues with DPD and finally received the product. Thanks to Shelly from customer advisor for keeping me in track for the second order.”

“I find this vacuum cumbersome and heavy to manoeuvre, and so does my son, a very fit young man. The suction is good but I have to reduce it in order to use the brush head. Very frustrating.”

“The Mower arrived the next day but the free peg stick didn't arrive several emails it was added to send me one. After about 8 pegs it jammed 2 pegs in the tube. Had to take it apart parts pinged everywhere got it back together and worked for a few more pegs and stuck again. Now as a disabled person crawling around on the floor putting pegs in by hand and have about 650 sq meters. The lawn mower has not been tried yet. Disappointed !!”

“keeps coming apart , had to use Duck Tape in the end , not good !”

“used once , one empty of grass bag, mower stopped NEVER to work again, sent sales a video , motor switch gone, they think. Requested a credit awaiting reply monday as they dont work weekends....try telling my grass,”

“Ordered before noon on a Friday, not delivered until Tuesday....not exactly next day is it?”

“Website seemed slow and did not load at times. Believed it was a 24 hour delivery but it was 48 hour. Order took 7 days to arrive but I believe it may have been affected by industrial action with the postal service.”

Thank you for leaving feedback. We always advise customers to clear cache and cookies in their browser if the website isn't loading quickly, this usually resolves the issue. I can see from our system that you placed an order for numerous accessories on a Friday afternoon, after the 12pm cut-off for same day dispatch. As per our delivery policy, orders placed after this time are dispatched the next working day. “The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery time was excellent. Communication was also good. However, what is NOT good is selling equipment that is made in the anti-western and non-democratic REPUBLIC OF CHINA. I would not have purchased the lawn mower if I had been aware of its origins.”

Cleva is a Chinese company, and as such, all of our products are made in the Republic of China. Our Product Management, Customer Service and distribution centres are all based in the UK. You would of course be welcome to return your order for a full refund if it has not been used.
