“I have been with Clegg Gifford/Tradex [Motor Trade]for 17 years and have been dealing with Keith Duncombe for the majority of the time.What an absolute pleasure in dealing with such a pleasant,professional and very very helpfull man he is a credit to the company.Everytime my motor trade policy is due for renewall i make a point of going to the offices of Clegg Gifford,rather than do it over the phone or by post!Why?Because i love to see Keith and renew on a face to face basis as it is such a pleasure.Allso credit to the rest of the team in the motor trade section allways been excellent with me and everything is done exactly as i like it to be done,as i am extremely meticulous and fussy.Keith has got to know me well and my insurance renewalls are done correctly,efficiently and explained to me and everything is in a file and in order.Thank you Clegg Gifford and congratulations on your excellent choice of staff.I am a business man and i know who will be providing me with motor trade insurance for as long as i am in business,and looking at my past history,praise God another20 years of trading.Again thank you Keith Duncombe and the team from Barry Shiakallis.”

“Razorcat Tours Having been with Clegg Gifford since 2010 we have found the service exceptional particularly from our Account Manager Ashley Francis. Although we have never met I still feel that I know him. His fast response to emails and the way he has found out any details when we needed them is, quite frankly, a breath of fresh air. No chasing, no second emails to find out if he got it, he just got on and answered any question we put to him with great speed and a calm professionalism which is sadly lacking in many companies. “We have been with clegg Gifford for the last 3/4 years the service has been brilliant. I think all the staff have been very helpful. “As a long standing client of Clegg Gifford, well from my point of view I am, having been with you since 2005/6. I have had excellent service at all times and my client Manager has always been with Ashley Francis. He has been exceptional at every corner I have come to and helped steer a smooth course to a smooth journey conclusion. I would recommend him personally and Clegg Gifford, because of this and my overall experience of the company. The overall impression is that you care and that every client is important. I am a little old fashion in my business dealings , but that is one area that I am fussy about and loyalty counts for a lot but works both ways!! I wish Ashley continued success and Clegg Gifford and look forward to meeting the team one day! “I've recently taken out a traders policy through Rob Byrne at Clegg Gifford. Rob was brilliant the whole way through the process of taking out the policy. All questions I had were answered efficiently and his positive attitude meant I was well looked after. I will always look forward to trading with Rob in the future with Clegg Gifford. “I have been with Clegg Gifford for our Motor trade Insurance for the past 4 years and they have always been very helpful, its not just like ringing a call centre i have got to know the staff there on first name terms, They have always dealt with my policy adjustments fast efficient, if i need drivers adding to the policy it's done within minutes either over the phone or email. “As an entertainer my public liability insurance needed to cover specific activities and they were happy to discuss and adjust my policy to include my needs which was very good! It was easy to complete and find my document online. The only bad point I have come across is that when printing my document, in both colour and black and white, the background colour and text colour do not work as well together on paper as they do on screen.”
