A pleasure to deal with. My changes to the company vans were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Serena and Rob. It makes all the difference when you deal with a dedicated team rather than an international call centre.

Thank you so much to the gentleman in Bristol who was so helpful and genuinely kind who helped me with my husbands yearly insurance renewal. No matter how many questions I asked he very patiently answered them with kindness and assurance. Would recommend this company.

Awful customer service trying to renew my policy email link doesn't work no one can help when I call passed to so many people who don't have a clue and then put through to about the 3rd different person was told they could deal with it. I complain and they hang up on me. This is how a loyal customer gets treated. I will be going elsewhere with my custom in future.

Clegg Gifford are liars and rip off merchants. They are at present trying to rip me off by £320.00, after I cancelled my policy during my 14 days cooling off period. Be extremely careful with them and avoid them if you value your sanity.

I’ve left a review before but I must say Imogen Clegg has been absolutely amazing with me through the whole process. It’s my first traders policy so I’ve been very lost at what I’m doing. But the customer service I’ve received from Imogen is outstanding. And also because I have bad mental health issues she’s been supportive and checking on me. Fantastic service all round but she has been a life saver

Almost impossible to get through on the phone, long wait or cut off after long wait, promised return call never happens. Price of renewal shocking after 20 years with Tradex who were always available, how can you up a premium by over a thousand pounds with no accidents or points on licence. A great company and service gone to oblivion.

I sent Serena an email at 23.30, asking for a car to be added to MID. She replied at 06.30! That’s what I call service.
