“I made my order on the 27th of july as i was told the pads from the order was due in on the 28th. I was then told the pads were not in and that i would have to wait. THen the pads came in but my order was now short of compound!! This stopped my order from being sent so i would now not receive it for the promised 5th july. I was asked to wait until 8th. The 8th came and went so i phoned up and was told the 10th, and as a way of apology i would also receive some premium cloths. Today is the 10th and my order has finally arrived, minus any sorry letter or cloths. I think this shows that the customer is not given a second thought as i would have expected my order to be put to one side to wait for pads instead it was left to run out of the other items. I am a member on several detailing forums and will be sharing my experience.”

“Ordered my first products after some great recommendations from a friend (Cheers Stu) who gave me a link to this site. The website doesn't need much comment really. It really is a one stop shop for everything car care related. Its good to have forums and feedback etc, rather than just being a place to buy products. Post order communication was great, the courier aspect was great. I got a one hour delivery slot (usually this costs a fortune !) and having missed the first one, it was slick and easy to re-arrange. Goods arrived this morning, within the hour slot advised. Well packed and a hand signed "thanks" from Tim...putting the personal slant on to a web transaction is a great idea. I'll be buying all my products here now.”

“Bonjour, Votre site m'a été recommandé par un amis, et je suis très satisfait à la fois du contact que j'ai eu au téléphone et aussi de ma 1 ère commande. Ils ont répondu a toutes mes questions rapidement, j'ai commande sans aucun problème et j'ai reçu mon colis 1 semaine après. Le seul petit défaut : pas d'interlocuteur français sinon Impeccable. “I am from Australia and I drive a 2010 Crystal Black Honda Civic FK2. In Australia we do not have many products to go with the main manufactures that i have mainly seen are Armour All, Eagle 1, Meguiars, Mothers, Turtle Wax, along with the in house brands. While Megs and Mothers are very good we only get the basic polishes & waxes. On CYC I can get brands that are pretty much unknown or virtually impossible to find an automotive store. I can also get the same product that i can get in Australia cheaper on CYC. I now can keep my car looking new and why I will keep coming back.”

“Recently saw a product demonstration on an American site and just had to try the product for myself. Found the very thing at CYC and ordered it. Boy, am I glad I did! The product arrived promptly, was packed with great care and has done the job to perfection. CYC have a fantastic range of products and their service if outstanding. Can't wait to try some more of the range. Oh...and I have a perfectly clear windscreen for the fiorst time. Thank you CYC.”
