“I ordered my goods and paid for a next day delivery service (ordered on a Wednesday evening). However, on the Friday (day of expected delivery), I was advised by email that the parcel had been 'delayed' and would be delivered on the following Monday. The parcel was subsequently delivered on the Saturday. Hence, I feel very let down that I had paid a premium for the next day delivery service, that I had not actually received.”

“Massive thanks yet again to Dave and Tim for the service received. I have been a customer of CYC for close to 7 years now and will keep coming back. had 1 parcel not arrive and this was re sent out immediately, and 1 product missing from a recent order, again this was sent out straight away. “One of the best websites for car cleaning stuff, plus more. Not only usually the cheapest prices, but also stuff you can't find anywhere else and very cheap prices. Along with very fast delivery times, when you need it asap so I try to give them all of my trade when I can”

“How could anyone get so excited over soap, buckets, polish and fluffy towels . . . but these guys do and they are absolutely brilliant at it. “I was looking to get my self a machine polisher however I was t sure what exactly I needed so I gave them a call and was talked through what I needed and proceeded to order that Friday evening Items came well packaged Tuesday morning can't get much better than that Will be using CYC from now on 5 stars for sure If your unsure the advice they give over the phone is great”

“Have just received my 1st order today. Items despatched really quickly and plenty of notifications as order progressed. Will definately be using again and will not hesitate to rscommend. From spending many years customer facing, it seems in todays day and age people are ony too quick to have a moan or criticise. So it's nice to be able to give some praise where due.
