“So far i've placed 2 orders with CYC, and each time everything i've required has been in stock. The dispatch and delivery times are very fast, and the handwritten 'note of thanks' is a great touch. CYC is now my go to product supplier.”

“I've been purchasing various detailing products from CYC over the last few years and whilst they are obviously a small firm they manage to - hold a vast range of stock, offer competitive prices (usually *the best*), process orders extremely quickly and use the best couriers; basically great service from start to finish. However, they still provide that 'local company' service by taking the time to provide a handwritten 'thank you' with each order and always having the time and patience to offer detailing/product advice over the phone. One of the best companies/stores to deal with, full stop!”

“My criticism would be DPD never sent me an email detailing a 1 hour delivery slot... and their website went down as well. Furthermore they always deliver late ... not leaving the depot until 11am at least.”

“Within 48 hours of ordering 3 items they had been delivered to my door in a safely packed parcel. An excellent level of service. Maybe the standard delivery charge of £4.95 is a tad high, but I would definitely use \'Clean your Car\' again.”

“I have been using Maguire's Detailer for years and its never let me down. I originally got the tip from a BMW paint shop who said they use nothing else before the car is handed to the customer. Alway a stunning finnish. Buy it, you wont be dissapointed.”

“I have worked in Retail and have a large involvement in customer service at a national level for a number of years so understand how easy it is to fail and get things wrong. This means I am particularly critical of suppliers and retailers, both high street and online and could be accused of being a habitual complainer and difficult to please. However, from my first order back in 2009, through to the latest order this week, the guys at CYC have not once under delivered. I've made some 20+ orders over those years, from small value single product orders, to several hundred pound multi item orders and I have every bit of confidence that the team will get my order correct and dispatched in timely fashion each time. Every delivery has been well packaged and exactly as ordered. I rarely shop around these days when I need detailing supply's. In fact, I would buy an alternative item that CYC stock, if they didn't have what I was looking for rather than shop elsewhere. Keep up the fantastic work guys!”

“Received following day, very quick delivery. Only tried on a small area to test (1st time using this company & product) Easy to apply and hazes/dries quickly. Left a lovely shine, even on a fiberglass gel coat. To early to comment on longevity, but have already noticed how well water beads and runs off. So far very pleased all round.”
