“fast delivery as expected. However. One of the items I ordered (empty spray bottle) must've been out of stock as on the invoice it said next to the description "none". I would've preferred if I had gotten a call or email at least to let me know, so I was disappointed. But that is no reason to give any negatives be comments or rating. This may be a one of. Hopefully. I will still be using them in the future.”

“I ordered some Air Freshener on the website one evening. On reviewing my order email I saw that I had ordered the wrong fragrance. No problem, I sent a follow- up reply asking to change the product within half an hour of the order being made. Next day I got no reply so I sent the request again. Today the order came and it had not been amended. The smell of this stuff is weird and doesn't represent any new car I've sat in. Ordering and delivery were fine. Customer response not so much. That'll teach me.”

“Decided to purchase an electrical machine polisher and checked various websites along with Clean Your Car. Best advice, reviews and range at CYC and not at a higher price. Lastly ordered in the morning and got a mail that evening to say I had a DPD delivery next day with the machine. What more can you want?”

“I have been ordering from CYC for years now, in the last 12 months I set up a small part time detailing business and a every time my stocks run low I always turn to CYC to restock. I just wish they stocked a bit more bulk items like Autoglym body solvent so I could order all from the one place but it's a small criticism for not having one product that I use and hardly the end of the world. Would 100% recommend.”
