“As always, fast service! Particularly like the email you receive giving you up to date delivery information, and even tells you a 1 hour delivery slot and yes the order arrived in the 1 hour slot.”

“The items I purchased were superb, and really pleased with the results from both Meguiars polishes and the DAS6 DA Polisher. Delivery would have been quicker had DPD Couriers not been involved. Eventually had to collect the parcel from their depot.”

“Ordered tuesday lunchtime, would have got order wednesday at around three, actually thats my only suggestion. If i can add comments or instructions to my order, why wont/cant the delivery company follow them? Anyways, excellent service folks, much appreciated. Products used today, first time out with bilberry wheel cleaner, and now my pride and joy is sitting with a skin of beaded rain water!!!”

“The products and advice are very good. However, in my experience CYC has a very poor track record of delivery. For the second time I have not received my order the next day despite paying extra for the service. I gave them the benefit on the first occasion but have bee badly let down again. I will not order from them again and nor would I recommend you to do so if you are relying on delivery for a specific date. The main issue is really with their courier - DPD - who if you rersearch the internet you will see they are notoriously unreliable. However, CYC continue to use them so, in my opinion, the management take full responsibility. Presumably the costs of using DPD are attractive, but ultimately the loss of future customers will be more costly!”

“I've been using Tim (and team!) for 3-4 years but have never left any feedback for him. I must have placed 30+ orders and have never had a single issue with missing items, poor packaging or late delivery! The new website is a pleasure to use, Tim is a great guy to speak with too if I ever need any advice and DPD seem to be the best courier around at the moment with their great email notifications and 1 hour delivery windows. Keep up the great work CYC, you have a customer for life here! Russ.”

“Used regularly, based originally on the many recommendations from Detailing World. Products have always arrived next working day, using a good courier (some of them can't find us) and packaged sensibly. The price is right and the loyalty points are a nice bonus.”
