“I started using CYC 1.5 year ago and up to date I can only say the best for this shop! They are always there to respond to any question that you might have, name it email or phone, excellent packing and expedited shipping. I will keep using this shop for all my future orders and have already suggested same to many of my friends, you can't go wrong if you go with CYC :)”

“I've ordered several times in the past 3 months, my order are delivered to a freight forwarding company for onwards delivery to Dubai. The orders are always very well packaged and protected for shipping, they are delivered in very good time and are a good price. I have one question on the Das6 Pro, do you sell an improved balance weight for using smaller backing plates, where it's perfectly balanced for 5 and 6" pads, with a 3.5" fitted there is quite an increase in vibration. An alternative balance weight for running smaller plates would be a great idea.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish, I grabbed a new DA with pads, compound, sealant, cloths, etc all with 12% off! I was kept informed at every stage of the process & delivery was fast, too. Now, the one caveat; please, CYC, for the love of (insert deity here) find a better alternative to packing peanuts! Half of the (rather large) box my order arrived in contained these bloody things and with my Local Authority (and no doubt many other customers') cutting back on bin collections this is quite a big issue, these things easily took up 1/3 of my wheelie bin. Other than that, as always, I'd highly recommend CYC!”

“The first time I shopped with CYC I decided to collect the order to save damage during delivery and it's a very pleasant drive (in Summer) from Sheffield. Whilst there I saw the chaps packing the boxes and realised my fears of product damage were unfounded so I've been using the delivery service since and not been disappointed. The goods arrive either next day or for weekend orders, Tuesday morning which is very good indeed. Keep up the good work!”
